MealHandmade Soba Yushin
A cozy soba restaurant located in a traditional town.
Inside the store, which uses lots of Oguni cedar, you can eat while being wrapped in the warmth of wood and natural texture. The soba is made in a ratio of 10 to 1 "sotoichi soba". You can also enjoy the koguni soba that has a strong flavor and aroma in the season (Around 11).
There are usually dozens of types of Japanese sake available, and you can also enjoy soba-ya sake, which you can pick up nibbles from a soba-ya and pick up soba at the end.
